Validation is performed by the Certification Authority (CA) under the supervision of Gazinformservice LLC. Documents are signed on the SimpSign and Котур.Диадок platform.
Kazakhstan
Validation is performed by the Trusted Third Party (TTP) under the supervision of National Information Technologies JSC. Documents are signed on the idocs platform.

Legal basis in Russia
In Russia, the legal framework is provided by Federal Law No. 63 “On Electronic Signatures”, which allows the use of foreign electronic signatures within agreements between parties, provided they are verified by an accredited trusted third party or certification authority.

Cross-border electronic document management in Kazakhstan is regulated by Law No. 370-II, which defines the role of a trusted third party and the National Certification Authority in verifying the authenticity of electronic signatures.

Recognition of Foreign Electronic Signatures
Foreign electronic signatures are recognized in the Republic of Kazakhstan provided that the certification authority is registered with a Trusted Third Party.
The Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan has officially confirmed that the cross-border document exchange model of idocs complies with the requirements of the legislation.

Acceptance of Electronic Documents by Tax Authorities
The State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan has confirmed that electronic documents signed with an electronic digital signature are accepted.
Electronic documents are legally equivalent to paper documents and may be used for tax and export confirmation purposes.
